Coneflower Garden

This is one of six themed gardens on the that is located on the east side of the Mel Carnahan Quadrangle that features coneflowers, including the Missouri natives, yellow coneflower, pale coneflower, and cultivars of purple coneflower, including Ruby Star, Magus and Pink Double Delight. This garden also features white roses (Rosa), a favorite of Mrs. Skelton. Other plants include Golden-Leaved Spirea (Spiraea thunbergii 'Ōgon'), Amsonia (Amsonia hubrichtii), Fire Power Nandina (Nandina domestica 'Fire Power') and Eenie Weenie Daylily (Hemerocallis x Eenie Weenie).
